Dr. Saad Saad and His Medical Inventions That Change The Costs of Medical Procedures

We have so many things to say about the careers of physicians. Even about doctors in general, we still have a lot of opinions about them. From saying that doctors make money out of the recommendations they give to patients to doctors avoiding malpractice issues, there’s a lot to talk about. However, on the brighter side, we also have doctors like Dr. Saad Saad whose career and reputation go beyond what can be expected by doctors. All his career, he has offered the best that he can for the kind of service that’s not just for profit. In fact, he invented contraptions and gadgets just to make sure that the people around him can get the best medical service possible.

The Life-saving Medical Inventions

There are at least two patented inventions under the name of Dr. Saad Saad over his entire career in over 40 years. He’s also the man who has helped generate new medical procedures in pediatric surgery. It’s not that common that doctors are clever enough to find new ways to optimize their profession. Most of the doctors today just follow the books and ignore the itch to start something original. This could be because they are afraid of taking risks and taking an initiative to make their work fun. Dr. Saad Saad is different. He is a risk-taker, and he took the risks of not just creating medical items, but also risked his career to help children and young adults in the Holyland. He’s also part of the delegation for the Medical Missions in the US and other medical assistance that the U.S. has provided for the children in Jerusalem. These are not just ordinary surgeries. These are complex medical surgeries done on children for free.

About His Inventions

One of the inventions of Dr. Saad Saad is the Catheter with an Integral Electromagnetic Location Identification Device that is already officially patented under his name. It serves a lot of functions right now but has not been fully used by hospitals yet. What this catheter does differently is the assistance that it gives to doctors in tracking where in the body it goes. Right now there is a need for expensive X-rays and MRIs just to get the track the catheter to its right direction, and MRI machines are large and also not portable, so you have to make sure that you can lug it around in different parts of the hospital, which can be costly. With Dr. Saad Saad’s portable invention, there would now no need for X-rays.
