After graduating from Angelo State University in San Antonio, Texas, in 1980, army veteran Edwin Miranda worked in the biopharmaceutical contract manufacturing industry for more than 30 years, taking on various positions, such as director of quality, assistant director, an independent consultant, and even supervising a quality assurance team in “a successful FDA approval and launch of the New Drug Application for Keppra.”
With his extensive background and strong leadership skills, Edwin Miranda was offered a position at Cytovance Biologics in January 2018. It’s a manufacturing company in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, that specializes in “the production of therapeutic proteins and antibodies.”
Edwin Miranda will serve as Vice President, who will be responsible for overseeing quality and compliance functions of Cytovance Biologics.
